SOFX STANDARD SUPPLY / HUMANS BEFORE HARDWARE TEE
The Humans Before Hardware Tee carries the first principle of SOFX, widely recognized as Truth I of the SOF Truths:
Humans are more important than hardware.
People make the critical difference. The right people, highly trained and working as a team, can accomplish the mission with the equipment available. The best equipment cannot compensate for the wrong people.
The same principle applies to media. Tools serve the desk, technology serves the reader, and a human is accountable for every word SOFX publishes.
People first. Always.
